    ALMIRA — An Aug. 10 wheat fire burned 50 acres near the intersection of Williams and Old Coulee roads, resulting in the total loss of a combine. Three fire districts — Lincoln County No. 8 from Almira, Lincoln County No. 7 from Wilbur and Grant County No. 6 from Hartline — as well as a plane from Greg's Crop Care, responded to the incident.     PASCO - Emergency crews were called to the intersection of West Marie Street and North 20th Avenue earlier today, Aug. 12, after a car hit a house.     PASCO — Mid-Columbia Libraries are offering curbside pickup from its locations and Bookmobile. The new service was announced Aug. 7. In Franklin County, curbside pickup is available in Basin City, Connell, Kahlotus, Pasco and West Pasco.     ELTOPIA — A Moscow, Idaho, man was taken to a Pasco hospital earlier today, Aug. 12, after his vehicle veered onto the U.S. Highway 395 shoulder and flipped. According to the Washington State Patrol, Theodore V.
