  • Rider taken to hospital after crashing motorcyle in dunes

    PASCO - Search and Rescue crews on Saturday evening, July 25, responded to Juniper Dunes for a motorcycle crash. According to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, an off-road rider was injured in the crash.     CONNELL — The Fall Festival Committe has canceled the 2020 event due to the continued coronavirus shutdown in Franklin County. The county remains in a "modified Phase 1" or reopening, under Gov. Jay Inslee's orders. Community festivals are not allowed until Phase 4, under the orders.     SPOKANE — The National Weather Service is projecting temperatures to reach well into the low triple digits this week.
