    KAHLOTUS - An outdoor graduation celebration held June 5 celebrated graduating seniors Keirnan Shaileigh Hartwell, Alicia Stanaway, Kaylin Olson and Serenity Davis.     RITZVILLE - A motorcycle pursuit across three counties in the early morning hours of June 10 ended when Adams County Sheriff's Office K9 "Garrett" apprehending a motorcyclist. The high-speed pursuit began in Franklin County, when motorcycle rider Benjamin Garfield eluded police at speeds of over 100 mph, police reports show.     PASCO -- A local teenager is being held in the Benton-Franklin Juvenile Detention Center after being charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Antonio L. Huizar. Cannon Lopez, 17, of Pasco, is accused of killing Huizar, 18, in a gang-related slaying following a chase on Interstate 182. Huizar's passenger escaped injury.
