RITZVILLE - A motorcycle pursuit across three counties in the early morning hours of June 10 ended when Adams County Sheriff's Office K9 "Garrett" apprehending a motorcyclist. PASCO -- A local teenager is being held in the Benton-Franklin Juvenile Detention Center after being charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Antonio L. Huizar. Cannon Lopez, 17, of Pasco, is accused of killing Huizar, 18, in a gang-related slaying following a chase on Interstate 182. Huizar's passenger escaped injury.
