    PASCO — A local man was taken to a regional hospital this morning, Oct. 21, after his vehicle crossed the median and stopped in the opposite traffic lanes. Kelly W. Roberts, 60, was taken to the hospital after the 9:33 a.m. incident, the Washington State Patrol said. He was eastbound from Road 100 in his 2016 Ford F150 pickup when his vehicle left the roadway, crossed the median and stopped in the westbound lanes, the patrol said.     PASCO - The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for 1 a.m. to 9 a.m. Thursday morning. Temperatures are expected to drop to the low 20s overnight, the weather service said.
