    DUSTY - One person is dead and another injured following a crash on state Highway 26 near Milepost 118. The Washington State Patrol reported the crash at about 3:09 p.m. One vehicle overturned, killing a passenger and injuring the driver, Trooper J. Sevigney said.     PASCO — Most of Eastern Washington will remain under a heat advisory through 8 p.m. Thursday night, June 3, as temperatures break into the 100s for the first time this summer.     PASCO — A false bomb threat at The Truss Co. prompted an evacuation of two businesses for about three hours June 1. According to a police report, a manager at the 355 N. Commercial Ave. business called police to report a bomb threat received via voicemail. Police, Fire Department and Hanford Patrol responded. On Tuesday, June, 1, the state Court of Appeals, Division III found in favor of Donna Zink, a local resident who sued following the May 8, 2003, actions of the Mesa City Council and Mayor Duana Rae Ross.
