PASCO — A Kennewick teenager is facing a DUI charge following a 4:27 a.m. crash Saturday, June 5, along Interstate 182 near the Road 68 interchange. Joe E. Vargas, 18, was taken to a hospital for treatment of crash-related injuries, the patrol said. CONNELL — A couple was hospitalized Saturday, June 5, after crashing his car five miles south of town. Jose M. Hernandez, 28, of Los Angeles, Calif., was taken to an area hospital following his 7:44 a.m. crash near Milepost 51 of U.S. Highway 395, the Washington State Patrol reported. His passenger, Chelsey N. Arriola Morris, 25, of Walla Walla was also hospitalized.
