    AIRWAY HEIGHTS--Inmates and prison guards have begun receiving COVID-19 vaccinations at the Airway Heights Corrections Center.     KITTITAS —An Othello man was taken to a Yakima hospital following a head-on crash on Interstate 90 on Christmas day. Joaquin V. Garcia, 37, was taken to the hospital after the 7:16 p.m. crash near the Thorp Road exit, the Washington State Patrol said.     BASIN CITY — A Moses Lake woman is facing charges after allegedly crashing into an unoccupied Franklin County Sheriff's Office SUV at about 6:21 p.m. Christmas day. Jourdan K.     GRANDVIEW — A Pasco woman was hospitalized Christmas evening following a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 82. Susanne N. Bos, 62, was taken to a Sunnyside hospital after the 7:04 p.m. crash, the Washington State Patrol reported.
