    WINONA — Trains are running over Rebel Flat Creek only two months after the Winona Fire destroyed the train trestle here. On Friday, Oct. 20, state officials announced that the trestle has been replaced and the trains are running.     Well, it looks like the last of the warm weather will be leaving us until spring. We always seem surprised, but we shouldn’t be.
