    RICHLAND — A Mesa motorist was injured in a crash early Sunday morning on Interstate 82. Robert M. Ramirez, 37, of Mesa, was transported to a local hospital following the 5:26 a.m. crash near Milepost 105. The cause of the crash remains under investigation and the Washington State Patrol said charges are pending against Ramirez.     RICHLAND — A Pasco man has died from injuries he sustained in a two-vehicle, head-on crash Saturday, Oct. 15. Marshall E. Tapani, 26, of Pasco, died at Kadlec Regional Center following the 12:07 a.m. crash on State Highway 240. Tapani was eastbound on the highway near Milepost 37 in a 2018 Toyota Camry when his vehicle was struck head-on by a 2006 Buick Rendezvous driven by Katie B.
