    PASCO — A local man was arrested about 10:10 after being found in a person's bedroom. Eric Flores Jr., 20, was booked into the Benton Franklin County Jail for burglary; he's sisnce been released. According to a police report, an Iris Court resident awoke to find a man, later identified as Flores, in his bedroom.     PASCO — For the second time in one day, Franklin County Sheriff's Office deputies have recovered a stolen vehicle and arrested a driver. According to a Sheriff's Office report, Deputy Mona Bolanos spotted a suspicious pickup at a gas station Aug. 30 at the intersection of North Fourth and Steamran avenues.     RITZVILLE – After wrapping up railroad track maintenance in Franklin County last week, the world's largest undercutter has moved to adjacent Adams County.
