    PASCO — A Connell man is facing possible charges following a Saturday crash on Interstate 182. Logan C. Joyner, 28, is facing DUI and second-degree negligent driving charges following the 5:56 p.m. crash near Milepost 7 at the city limit. According to the Washington State Patrol, Joyner was eastbound on the interstate in a 2013 Subaru Forrester when he struck another eastbound vehicle. That vehicle was driven by Stevie M.
