Othello boys second at state

TACOMA — The Othello boys wrestling team finished second overall in the class 2A state Mat Classic on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 16 and 17, in the Tacoma Dome.

The Huskies scored 120 team points to finish second; Orting won with 299.5.

Several Othello boys placed, including Isaac Campos and Daniel Gonzalez, second and fourth, respectively, at 113; Mason Russell, fifth at 126; Anthony Abundiz, fourth at 132; Jeremiah Flores, fourth at 150; Camilo Mendez III, fourth at 157; Mason Perez, second at 285.
