New deputy sworn in

The Adams County Sheriff's Office has a new deputy on patrol. Sheriff Dale Wagner administered the oath of office to Oscar Munoz on Monday, Oct. 2. Munoz is from Othello and a Washington State University graduate, having received a four-year degree in criminal justice.
