Teens held on $500,000 bail in Pasco shooting

PASCO — Three teenagers are being held on $500,000 bail each in connection with the shooting death of a Pasco man.

Angel Isaiah Garcia, Brian Armando Panduro-Valenzuela and Osman C. Morales Salto, all 18, were arrested Friday, Aug. 12, in the Spokane area and booked into the Franklin County Jail for second-degree murder, records show. In addition, Salto and Panduro-Valenzuela are facing a first-degree assault charge

All three are being held on $500,000 bail.

They were wanted in connection with the Aug. 6 shooting death of Denali Anderson, 20, or Pasco, records show. They are also suspects in a Benton County kidnapping.

The investigation began Aug. 6 when Pasco police responded to calls of shots in the 6100 block of Pimlico Drive, records show. Police arriving on-scene found three people had been shot.

Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene; the two other gunshot victims were taken to a local hospital, records show.
