PASCO — Ballots for the April 26 special election are in the mail.
Franklin County Auditor Matt Beaton said this morning, Wednesday, April 6, that ballots were sent to registered voters yesterday.
Ballots have to be returned by 8 p.m. on election day, or postmarked by April 26, to be counted.
Ballots can also be returned to county dropboxes.
Residents who have yet to register to vote can do so by Monday, April 18 online or via mail and still vote in this election, he said.
Prospective voters can also register in-person at the Auditor's Office, 1016 N. Fourth Ave., by Tuesday, April 26, and still vote in this election, he said. Regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. On election day, the office remains open to 8 p.nm.
