Koelzer selected to represent county treasurers

ELLENSBURG — Franklin County Treasurer Josie Koelzer was selected to represent treasurers statwide at the organization at Washington Association of County Officials functions.

Koelzer was selected for the honor during the 2021-22 Washington State Association of County Treasurers meeting annual conference, which took place July 22-23.

In addition, neighboring Adams County Treasurer Kayla Meise was selected as education chairwoman for the organization.
