Four teenagers injured in early morning crash

PASCO — Four teenagers were injured early this morning, Dec. 6, in a crash on Interstate 182 near Road 68.

Madison L. Mora, 17, of Richland, Keely M. Jones, 14, of Richland, Rose L. Setzer, 16, hometown not listed, and Rachel M. Tolrud, 17, of Burbank, were all transported to a local hospital following the 2:35 a.m. crash.

According to the Washington State Patrol, Mora was driving eastbound on I-182 approaching the Road 68 interchange when she lost control of the 2005 Subaru Outback she was driving.

The vehicle overturned, the patrol said, noting that the cause of the crash was speed too fast for conditions.

Neither drugs nor alcohol were factors in the crash, the patrol said. All four were wearing seatbelts.

The vehicle was towed from the crash scene by Casady Beeline 2.
