RICHLAND — A Pasco woman escaped injury in a three-vehicle crash early this morning, Wednesday, Sept. 23.

Angela K. Grad, 42, was stopped at a stoplight on westbound state Highway 240 when her GMC Yukon was rear-ended at 5:45 a.m., the Washington State Patrol reported.

Grad's vehicle was pushed into a 1993 Ford Ranger, driven by David W. Cameron, 63, of Kennewick, the patrol said. He was not injured either.

The patrol said the driver that caused the crash, Melquiades Aguilar Medrano, 55, of Kennewick, suffered injuries and was transported to a local hospital.

His 2010 Nissan Altima was towed from the scene by River City Towing.

Medrano was cited for following too close, the patrol said.
