Woman facing multiple tickets after crash

PASCO — A Kennewick woman is facing a series of traffic citation after crashing her car this morning, Aug. 19, on northbound Fourth Avenue.

Rayann M. Elhakim, 20, was cited for multiple infractions after losing control of her 2008 Chevrolet Colbalt and crashing into a concrete barrier at about 7 a.m., the Washington State Patrol said.

Citing speed as the cause of the crash, Elhakim was ticketed for violation of instruction permit, no insurance and improper lane usage, the patrol said, noting she was taken to a local hospital.

She was wearing a seatbelt, the patrol said, noting neither drugs nor alcohol were fractors.

Elhakim's car was towed from the scene by AE Towing of Pasco.
