Voting accuracy test today

PASCO — The Franklin County Auditor's Office will test election equipment at 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, Oct. 4.

The test is required under Revised Code of Washington 29A.12.130, and Washington Administrative Codes 434-335-300 and 434-335-310.

The logic and accuracy test will take place at the Franklin County Election Center, 116 N. Third Ave., for the purpose of validating the ballot tabulating equipment for the Nov. 8 general election.

The logic and accuracy test is open to political parties, candidates, the press and the public.
