Gordon dominates PUD primary election

Cochrane will advance with Gordon as the Top 2 candidates

PASCO – Bill Gordon has won the Aug. 4 race for the Franklin County Public Utility District No. 2 seat.

Casey Cochrane is the easy runner-up.

Both advance to the November general election.

According to the most recent ballot count, Gordon received 3,094 votes, or 62.70%, and Cochrane 1,320, or 26.75%.

Running a distant third is Curtis DeWoody with 501 votes, or 10.15%.

The election include 20 write-in votes.
